This course is for certified personnel only.  This one day (minimum of 8 hours) of mountain bike training consist of reviewing the topics listed below.  The course is designed sharpen the techniques previously learned and start to prepare the individual for the upcoming season.    


  • Stretching.
  • Training rides.
  • Technical skills
  • Gears and cadence.
  • Emergency braking.
  • Cardiovascular fitness.
  • Slow speed balance drills.
  • Hypothermia and dehydration.
  • Accident prevention & common injuries.


We have included a round table discussion session to network, bring new ideas, and talk about in-service training issues.

Participants will be responsible for their own meals.

Requirements:  Applicants must be currently certified and be able to provide proof.  Participants who are "On Duty" should have their authorized department supervisor register for you. "Off Duty personnel are Welcome as well! Register today by simply emailing us.  

Testing Procedure:  None.

Certification:  Participants who complete the day’s activities will be issued a certificate of completion from Trident.
